We accept Medicare, Auto, and are contracted with most major insurance
groups. We are certified worker's compensation providers. We will file your
insurance claims including your secondary insurance.
As a courtesy, we will verify your health benefits prior to arrival to determine if
there will be a copay, coinsurance, or deductible for Physical Therapy services.
If you have questions about your physical therapy benefits, we will help you
find out that information.

Veterans. We are providers for Humana
Military, Tricare and a member of the VA
Hero program. Many Veterans believe
they have to travel up to Tampa to
receive therapy, but they are mistaken.
As long as they have a Doctor's
prescription and receive authorization,
they can come to Achieve to have their
physical therapy.
For those without health insurance, we
offer a discounted rate plan to make our
services affordable. Even if you have
insurance, you may choose to use the
discounted rate plan. This is a great
option for those with a high
deductible,coinsurance or co-pay. You
will pay for your visits upfront, but your
insurance will not be billed.
